A hands-on PD workshop on using AI effectively in the classroom, built from my train-the-trainer work with AI for Education. Teachers leave having experimented with real uses for their own rooms.
A shared group trip tool that we used before and during the trip: a lottery for rooms, money tracking that made settling up at the end a breeze, and grocery planning around how we'd cook and eat together.
A communication tool for the people planning Sarah's 50th party. It wasn't my biggest success, but I learned a lot about what provides value.
